The DRCAC is a 13,000 sf net-zero building in Tarrytown, NY. The former Orangerie on the Pocantico Campus will be converted into an arts space, hosting performances, exhibitions, and studio spaces for artists-in-residence. Major interventions include full-height gallery partitions, a backstage area, a 15’ x 35’ operable opening for outdoor functions, a 2,500 sf pavilion and trellis, and a PV array rain garden. I worked with the partner-in-charge on the building concept, the project manager on programming, and the project architect on documentation. My responsibilities include consultant coordination, BIM management, and client design presentations.
